Leyden labs is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Temporary Lab Operations Support
To support the Lab Manager and the Lab Operations team to ensure the lab runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. This role is ideal for a current biomedical student who is looking to gain practical experience in a professional setting.
Duration: interim period of 3-6 months
Hours: Part-time 16-24 hours a week

You will work in the Lab Operations team under the supervision of our Lab Manager. The activities will be conducted at our Leyden Labs, newly built, state-of-the-art facilities within a vibrant biotechnology campus in Leiden, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:
Support with the ordering of laboratory materials
Support with equipment calibrations
Assist in other administrative tasks related to Lab Operations
Job requirements
Currently enrolled as Bachelor or Master student in the biomedical field
Available between 16 –24 hours a week; Monday through Thursday
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Accurate and precise
Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch
